The new web version brings the same interface and functionality you know from our native apps directly to your browser. Whether you're switching between devices or prefer working in a browser, you'll find a familiar, powerful experience at web.hedy.ai.
Currently, session capture still requires a native app (mobile or desktop), though we're working on bringing web-based capture in a future release. For now, you can:

🎤 Smarter Transcription with Voice Activity Detection
Voice Activity Detection is now enabled by default across all platforms. This means Hedy better distinguishes between actual speech and background noise, resulting in:
Fewer incorrect transcript portions
Higher overall accuracy
Cleaner, more readable transcripts
You can adjust the sensitivity or disable this feature entirely in your Speech Recognition settings if your environment requires different tuning.
☁️ True Cross-Device Experience
Cloud sync now delivers complete parity across devices. Every session is fully accessible and editable regardless of where it was captured. Edit a transcript on your phone, update notes on your desktop, reorganize topics on your tablet—everything syncs seamlessly.
The only exception: audio recordings remain on the device where they were captured to manage storage efficiently. Everything else—transcripts, summaries, notes, highlights—is available everywhere.
🪟 Windows Release Candidate Ready
The Windows version has reached release candidate status with full feature parity across all platforms, plus GPU acceleration for faster processing. If you tried an earlier Windows beta and encountered issues, this version should addresses those concerns.

🔒 Compliance Documentation Progress
