Getting Started
The Watch app installs automatically when you have Hedy on your iPhone:
Make sure Hedy is installed on your iPhone
Your Apple Watch must be paired with your iPhone
The Hedy Watch app appears automatically in your app list
If the app is not automatically installed, you can do so from the Watch app on your iPhone.
Open Hedy on your Watch to start using it
Smart Stack Widget
Add Hedy to your Watch's Smart Stack for quick glances at your session status. The widget intelligently shows different information based on what's happening:
During recording: Shows a green indicator with elapsed time
When paused: Shows a yellow indicator with elapsed time
With coaching tips: Displays new tips so you can see them at a glance
When idle: Shows "Tap to start coaching"
Tap the widget anytime to open the Hedy Watch app.
Live Activity on Your Watch
When you have an active session, the Live Activity appears in your Smart Stack showing real-time status. If you receive a coaching tip during your conversation, it will appear here so you can quickly glance at actionable advice without interrupting your flow.

iPhone 8 or later with iOS 16.1+
Hedy app installed on your iPhone
Tip: For best results, keep your iPhone nearby. The Watch app communicates with your phone to control sessions, though commands will queue and deliver even if your phone is temporarily out of range.
